First time ordering from Ginger Beef House. Online ordering was easy. When I arrived I found the surroundings to be clean and welcoming. Staff were very polite. I ordered a dinner for two for my mom and I. I found the portion sizes for this item a bit too small. Overall the food tasted good and I will probably order from here again :)

We have been going there for years then the old owners sold
We went to try new owners had buffet it was absolutely horrible everything was cold and I do mean cold the wonton soup had no wontons in it so they brought out new and proceeded to put in cold broth asked what we wanted to drink didn’t know what a ceaser was. We have no wine she said so we ordered beer brought me a glass of ice grrr we will never go back there again and will tell everyone how bad it was so disappointing bad bad bad

After a year living in Campbell River, we finally tried the Ginger Beef House and are glad we did. The ordering app was easy and straightforward. We ordered takeout/pickup and the food was ready in the time noted in the app and was steaming hot. All of the food was delicious; the vegetables crisp yet cooked, the lemon chicken was tangy, the egg foo young tasty and the ginger beef delectable. We will definitely be going back and will recommend to friends and family.
